Canneto - Azienda Agricola Canneto - The Vino Nobile di Montepulciano has enjoyed its renowned reputation and high esteem ever since the year 790. This excellent wine was soon discovered and sold outside the Montepulciano region. In 1549, Sante Lancerio, Pope Paul III's maître de chaîne called the Nobile the "Vino perfettissimo da Signori". It was, however, the doctor and poet, Francesco Redi, who in the 17th century established the reputation of the Nobile as "The King of all Wine".

 Crociani - Arnaldo Crociani, a producer of fine wines in Montepulciano, belongs to a family whose members have spent a lifetime amongst vats, barrels, bottles and flasks. Arnaldo's father and grandfather were cellarmen to the Conti Samueli and he himself, since he was a boy, was cellarman to the Marchesi Ricci Paracciani and of the Cantina del Redi, which, in the 1950's, was the first cellar to open to the public. The owner of vineyards situated at Le Caggiole, one of the most attractive areas in the heart of the Vino Nobile production zone (described by Repetti in his renowned dictionary as: "a land habitually clad with a wonderful vegetation of choice vines of ancient olives.

 Fattoria Santavenere - Casa Vinicola Triacca - The Valtellina and Tuscany: two landscapes which couldn’t be more different. Steep slopes in one, gentle hills in the other. The wines too have little in common, not only because of the different terroirs, but also because of the different grape varieties involved. In the Valtellina, the red grape Nebbiolo (also known as Chiavennasca) dominates the vineyards. In addition there is also the red Pignola, from which we make white wine, both still and sparkling – a blanc de noir.

 La Calonica - Azienda Agricola La Calonica - The Vineyard “La Calonica” is near “Le Capezzine” in the centre of a wine producing area of the very highest quality. The vineyard is on the hills of Valiano, in the Comune of Montepulciano and part in the Comune of Cortona. It is an area of great wines both red and white. The vineyard is composed of two farms, “La Calonica” and “Capezzine Vecchie”. They are both situated on soft hills with a gentle slope, these two farms constitute the entire productive and cultural entity of about 50 hectare of which 38 are vineyard.
