"Sangiovese" is the variety representing 95% of the grown grapes, followed by "Merlot" and a very small quantity of Tuscan "Trebbiano"The cellars are in an underground environment, conditioned with constant temperature and humidity.
All the wines are aged in small French oak barriques for 1 to 4 years and refined in bottles for at least one year.
