Grape variety
As said our vineyards are made only of red grapes clones as
Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon e Franc, Merlot, but other important red clones like Syrah and Petit Verdot are inserted in the new vineyards.

La Regola - Podere La Regola
- The vineyard has only been producing wine in bottles since 1997. All the wines produced are Montescudaio DOC in order of quality.
The vineyard also produces a special grappa "La Regola" matured in Barrique, an excellent dried grape wine, and an extra virgin olive oil with a very low acid content. At present the vineyard is a member of the Montescudaio DOC wine consortium Which, in turn, is a member of the Wine roads' consortium situated in Bolgheri that represents the leading wine producers in Tuscany.

On an area of 5 hectares, once cultivated with cereal, we planted a vineyard with Merlot, Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Successively, inside the estate, we built a cellar provided with a modern technology of vinification to guarantee the product quality.
The building is completely interred to better blend with the landscape and to assure the natural stability of temperature, an important element for obtaining high quality wines.

Pieve De' Pitti

In the XII and XIII centuries the little unit in fact was a real fortalice, complete with a castle and a sighting tower. Today, on top of the hill, on the very spot where the central nucleus of the settlement was, is the eighteenth-century villa with chapel, belonged until 1794 to the family Pitti of Florence, from which it took the name.
