Fattoria di Fubbiano - The main products of the Fubbiano estate are our award-winning extra-virgin olive oil and our special regional wines. At Fubbiano we strongly believe in maintaining the delicate chain of a balanced biological ecosystem and only use traditional organic products to protect our wines from mildew. Weed-killers or insecticides are never applied. In addition to supplying our products to some of the finest restaurants in the area, the Fattoria also sells its wines, olive oil, red wine vinegar and grappa directly to the public.
