 Campo Alla Sughera
- The ancient village of Bolgheri is located in the Castagneto Carducci (LI) district. It extends between the hills and the strip of sea bound by San Vincenzo and Cecina. This is a part of the Tuscan coast that was dominated by the Etruscans in ancient times and has a very old wine-making tradition.
Count Gherardesca, founder of the small town that arose on the site of the ancient village and castle that were destroyed in 1393, gave a new boost to the economic development of this area in the 1700s and it became one of the most fertile and highest producing along the coast.

- Our farm is located in a hilly region at an altitude of about 100m, 10 km away from the seaside.In order to produce good quality and healthy products, we are practicing ecofarming, respecting and protecting the surrounding environment and the local traditions. A part the production of olive oil, the family runs a small Agriturismo named “Tra gli Ulivi” ( among olive trees), and produces three types of wine: “ Ferruggini”, “ Felciaino” and “ Guado de’ Gemoli”.
