Grape variety
As said our vineyards are made only of red grapes clones as
Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon e Franc, Merlot, but other important red clones like Syrah and Petit Verdot are inserted in the new vineyards.
Harvest by hand
In The old vineyards as well as in the new ones we carry out the harvest by hand to perform a first quality choice of the grapes.
Vinification
We develop the vinification in a traditional way, exploiting the must natural capacities of extraction with smooth handlings and a long vatting of 18/21 days, it depends on the grape variety and on their ripening.
